Our BULLET RESISTANT GLASS WITHOUT POLYCARBONATE, designated as the Spall version, delivers robust protection for specialised vehicles while prioritising optical clarity and surface durability. Unlike glass-polycarbonate constructions, this all-glass configuration uses multiple layers of premium automotive glass bonded with energy-absorbing interlayers. Glass surfaces on both exterior and cabin-facing sides provide scratch resistance, simple cleaning, and lasting visual quality. The laminated stack absorbs and distributes projectile energy across its engineered glass and interlayers. It is suited to armoured windscreens, fixed side windows, rear glazing, security partitions, and vehicles where certified spall performance is acceptable. Developed for diplomatic cars, executive SUVs, police fleets, cash-in-transit vehicles, and protected transport, it combines ballistic resistance with clear visibility and discreet factory-finished styling.
