Our KILN FORMED GLASS collection (also known as Slumped or Cast Glass) bridges the gap between heavy industrial manufacturing and bespoke artisanal sculpture. Through a highly specialized thermal process, flat glass panels are placed over custom-carved refractory molds inside a high-temperature kiln. As the kiln reaches temperatures exceeding 700°C, the glass softens and gracefully 'slumps' into the mold, permanently adopting its three-dimensional topography. The result is a breathtaking, highly textured surface—ranging from organic water ripples and crushed ice effects to structured geometric waves. This thick, tactile glazing brilliantly catches and bends light, creating dynamic shadows and luminous privacy. It is the premier choice for striking entryway doors, dramatic feature partitions, bespoke shower enclosures, and luxury boardroom walls. We are committed to delivering handcrafted, heavily textured glass that introduces profound organic movement into rigid modern architecture.
