Heat Strengthen Glass

Enhanced thermal stability and optical flatness for high-rise facades

Heat Strengthen Glass

Our HEAT-STRENGTHENED GLASS collection is precision-engineered to offer the perfect equilibrium between enhanced structural durability and superior optical flatness. Processed through a highly controlled heating and slower quenching cycle compared to fully tempered glass, this glazing achieves a targeted surface compression that makes it twice as strong as standard annealed glass. Its most significant architectural advantage lies in its post-breakage behavior; upon impact, it fractures into large, interlocking pieces that remain securely within the glazing frame, actively preventing dangerous glass fallout in high-rise exterior applications. Furthermore, this specific thermal treatment completely eliminates the risk of spontaneous breakage caused by Nickel Sulfide (NiS) inclusions. Whether specified for towering spandrel panels, laminated overhead glazing, or expansive structural envelopes, it provides exceptional resistance to thermal stress and wind loads. We are committed to delivering highly stable, optically pristine glass solutions that meet the rigorous safety and aesthetic demands of modern commercial construction.
