Our TOUGHENED REAR WINDSHIELD (Backlite) collection is engineered to provide maximum structural safety and precise thermal functionality for automotive rear cabins. Unlike laminated front windshields, rear backlites are manufactured through a highly specialized thermal tempering process. Flat glass is precision-cut, printed with conductive ceramic frits (defogger grids), and rapidly heated and bent in a controlled furnace before being instantly quenched with high-pressure air. This process renders the glass up to five times stronger than standard glass. In the rare event of a severe impact, the toughened glass shatters into small, blunt, macroscopic cubes rather than dangerous jagged shards, guaranteeing passenger safety. Ideal for everything from compact hatchbacks to luxury SUVs, we are committed to delivering flawlessly curved, highly functional rear glazing that meets global automotive safety standards
